Christmas is meant to be a time of joy and celebration with those you love; but if we’re honest it can be one of the most stressful times of year. Strained finances and relationships, loved ones no longer with us, and feeling the pressure to “do it all,” can weigh heavy this time of year. In the midst of all the hustle, bustle and merry mess of wrapping paper, broken Christmas bulbs, and baking ingredients, it can be far too easy to lose sight of the true meaning of Christmas.
If this sounds like you, then I have a simple free download that will help you stress less and enjoy the Christmas season more!
It’s a 31 day fill-in the date journal you can use in any order, with questions for self-reflection, Bible devotions, and prompts to plan a joyous Christmas celebration that’s authentic and realistic.

Journaling is a simple daily practice that will only take about 15 minutes of your time, but can be very effective in releasing stress and helping you maintain a positive mindset. It’s actually a great coping mechanism I’ve used for years!
Whether the holidays are a time of great joy for you or a bit hard and overwhelming, these journal prompts will provide a positive outlet that will help enhance your peace and wellbeing this busy Christmas season.

What are your favorite Christmas foods? Write down your favorite Christmas recipes and if you haven’t yet, start planning your special Christmas Day menu!
Read Matthew 1:18-25 about Joseph accepting Jesus as his son. What are your thoughts and takeaways from this situation? How can you also trust in God’s plan for your life?
